It’s high time for a new smoothie recipe!
Today’s recipe takes advantage of those ripe and juicy peaches that are at their prime right now!
Make yourself this delicious, healthy smoothie, it’s perfect for breakfast, or an afternoon pick-me-up snack…for you or the kiddies.
Fresh Peach & Almond Smoothie
*makes 1 smoothie
1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
1/2 frozen banana, sliced
1/3 cup greek yogurt, vanilla or plain
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
Add all ingredients to a smoothie blender and process on high for approx 40 secs until well blended.
Pour into a large glass, add a straw and enjoy.
