All my favourite breakfast ingredients in one glass…does it get any better than that?!
This smoothie has become a go-to meal on busy mornings, because it’s delicious (I refuse to waste calories on anything that doesn’t taste great!) and it’s also healthy, high in protein, delivers fibre and vitamins, and keeps my tummy satisfied for several hours.
It’s a win-win kinda thing!
If you are new to smoothie making and perhaps a bit intimidated by the sometimes crazy veggie/fruit combos (I definitely was!) then this one is for you.

STRAWBERRY COCONUT & PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
PEANUT BUTTER COCOA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1 banana, frozen
4 heaping tbsps greek yogurt, vanilla or plain (or 1 single serving yogurt cup)
2/3 cup skim milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 tsps cocoa powder
1-2 tsps ground flax
1 tsp cocoa nibs (optional but a great addition)
Add all ingredients to a blender cup and process until well blended and smooth.
Pour into a glass, grab a straw and enjoy!
